A thoughtful panel. A stronger next decision.
1. Bring your challenge
Like a real mastermind, you bring whatever you are dealing with. You describe the situation or decision, personal or professional, the outcome you want, who it affects, your options, constraints, budget and success criteria. Extra context is optional and only what you type.
2. Seat the panel
The recommender picks 4 to 6 seats across different lenses so you hear complementary views, not five versions of one opinion. Every pick comes with a reason. You can swap any seat.
3. Clarify
The chair asks only the questions that would change the advice. Anything you skip is kept visible as an unanswered assumption.
4. Openings
Each seat gives a stance (Yes, Yes if, or No), a confidence from 1 to 10, a view, the rationale, the biggest risk and a test you could run.
5. Fault lines and debate
The chair names where seats split. A bounded challenge round lets seats push back on each other and say what evidence would change their mind.
6. Synthesis
Agreement, disagreement, options and tradeoffs, assumptions, evidence gaps, risks, decision criteria and a next experiment. This is a synthesis, not a consensus. The panel did not vote. Dissent is kept on purpose.
7. Your commitment
Your decision is recorded on its own, apart from the group suggestion, with an optional action list. Bring it back next session and the group can check how it went. Export as text, print, or share a redacted snapshot.
What this is not
AI-simulated perspectives inspired by publicly documented ideas. These people are not participating and have not endorsed Borrego Mastermind.
Every card says: AI simulation. Not affiliated. Portraits are original illustrations, not photos.
Public demos use fixed, prewritten responses and say Demo data. AI mocked. Sessions on the live model say Live AI simulation. and every call counts against a hard spend cap.
Financial, legal and health topics are educational only. Talk to a licensed professional before acting.
